Winter is coming, it's time to prepare supplies. We offer a simple recipe for pickled zucchini, they are not only useful and nutritious, they are unique vegetables that can absorb the tastes of fruits and spices.

There are recipes for zucchini with pineapples, apples, pears, quinces and avocados. Today we will present a popular recipe for marinating vegetable marrow squash. This is a tasty and inexpensive appetizer. Pickled zucchini can also be used in salads and soups as a substitute for mushrooms.

For cooking, we need

  • zucchini 3 kg;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of salt;
  • 1 cup refined sunflower oil;
  • 1 cup vinegar;
  • pepper, garlic, dill and a feast to taste.

You can use other spices, as well as ready-made mixtures for pickling mushrooms and zucchini.

Sterilization of cans for pickling

There are two ways to do this. The first is to put rolled cans in a pot of water and boil. The second is to put the cans in the oven and hold at a temperature of 150 degrees for 15 minutes. After that, do not take out the jars with pickled zucchini, but leave them in the oven until they cool completely. If sterilization is carried out correctly, zucchini can be stored all winter.

Flavored zucchini

Wash zucchini and herbs. To cut. Mix all the ingredients and let it brew for four hours. For pickling, it is better to use grape vinegar, but any other will do. Arrange the resulting mixture in clean jars and roll up with iron lids. Bon Appetit.
