Universal Key Manufacturing Process
The main material is a steel plate 3 cm wide (the length can be arbitrary - at your personal discretion). We make the markup and cut off a small piece of rectangular shape with a grinder. Then we grind the two resulting workpieces and drill two through holes at the edges.
We connect two plates with each other using a bolt with a nut. The protruding part of the main plate is cut off with a grinder. Next, grind the ends of the two bolts under the cone and insert them into two free holes. We press everything with nuts. Please note that the extreme bolts must be at the same level in height.
