Summer comes, and with it the time for fresh fruits and berries. A refreshing smoothie with strawberries is a great option on a hot summer day.
Smoothies are a very popular drink among those who want to lose weight, because sugar is not present in the composition in the original recipe. However, for those who are not very concerned about the problem of extra pounds, this particular recipe for a refreshing smoothie, with a little added condensed milk, will be enjoyed.
A smoothie's peculiarity is that it is served cool and uniform, grated in a blender, but at the same time quite thick. Therefore, such a drink can replace one of the meals. However, smoothies, the recipe, which will be described below, are very high-calorie, so it is better to use it in the morning.
Let's move on to cooking, we need:
1- Cottage cheese (low fat or low fat) - 3 tablespoons
2- Milk - 200 ml
3- Condensed milk (no additives) - 3 tablespoons
4- Strawberries (frozen or fresh) - 300 grams
5- Ice - 3 dice
Actually the recipe itself:
In the blender bowl, we sequentially place the components:
The first component is to send milk to the blender. Whip it at the highest speed to air condition.
The second component is cottage cheese.
Gradually add one tablespoon of cottage cheese and beat a little with a blender.
For smoothies, it is better to use grated curd without grains, but if there is none, then the usual one will do, although the smoothie will turn out more acidic.
The third component is condensed milk.
And finally, the last one to send strawberries to the blender,
if strawberries were previously frozen, then ice should not be added, if not, then 3 ice cubes will give the drink the necessary coolness and freshness.
Next, turn on the blender at the highest speed and beat for about 7 minutes.
After all the manipulations, pour the smoothies into beautiful glasses, decorate with a straw, a sprig of mint and serve. Such a drink is best consumed immediately, until the whipped structure has settled.
