Belt grinder from angle grinder

Another craft based on an angle grinder is a band machine. This tool can be used for grinding, sharpening tools and knives.

The basis of the machine is a frame made of square profile pipes connected by welding. The angle grinder itself is mounted with a special bracket into standard holes with a thread for the handle. Due to the fact that the grinder is pressed by the tension spring, the strip of abrasive is always stretched.

Very interesting rollers are implemented through which a strip of sandpaper is threaded. The rollers are made of rubber handles from a bicycle inside of which bearings and washers are inserted on the axis.
