Unusual yews from an automobile spring

The craze for making homemade yews did not pass by various designs and materials. The donor of this craft was a freight car spring.

To realize the idea you need a whole sheet of old spring from a small truck. The sheet is sawn into pieces, the two longest of which become the basis of the craft. Sheets are joined using welded bushings that become hinges.

To fix the tool, a long pin is used, which is mounted on a hinge to the first part and passes through a rectangular window into the second. Yew sponges are made of narrow strips of the same metal with a thin thin-cut angle grinder pattern.
