First of all, it is necessary to cut a piece about 50 cm long from a profile pipe of square cross section 50x50 mm. Part of the profile will be in the ground. In the upper part of the profile pipe, you need to make a cut for a piece of strip.
The metal strip is fixed with a bolt and nut. It must be mobile. At the end of the strip, we weld a segment of the plate at an angle of 30 degrees. The result should be a "flag".
