You can make a cool oven for a garage or a home workshop (as well as a small summer residence) from inexpensive and affordable materials - for example, from a profile pipe.
First of all, it will be necessary to determine the dimensions of the furnace itself, and cut into pieces the required lengths with a grinder.
Then it will be necessary to make two cuts of a triangular shape in each blank. You can use a grinder for this. These cutouts are needed in order to bend the profile pipes from 2 sides at an angle of 45 degrees.
The main stages of work
After all the billets are bent, you can begin to manufacture the stove body. To do this, you need to weld all the workpieces together.
The author uses semi-automatic welding, however, in this case, manual arc can be dispensed with. That's just the electrodes will be needed with a rutile coating.
The next step is to cut the front and back walls of the furnace. And for this, the master uses sheet metal. Two hexagonal blanks are cut.
After that, in the front wall you need to cut a rectangular "window" and install a door through which firewood will be thrown.
At the last stage of work, it remains to weld the walls to the furnace body, as well as make 4 legs in the lower part. For this, the master also uses profile pipes.
