To make fruit in chocolate, we need:
- - chocolate;
- - fruits (bananas and kiwi). If desired, you can use any other fruit;
- - skewers or sticks for ice cream;
- - confectionery topping.
Step 1. Peel the kiwi and bananas. Try as little as possible with the fruit to cut the peel. It is better to use a knife for peeling vegetables for this.
Step 2. Divide the banana into three parts. Try to cut kiwi in not too thin circles (about 1 cm) so that they can be firmly put on skewers or ice cream sticks.
Step 3. We put fruits on skewers, like popsicle. Kiwi and bananas should stick tightly on a stick.
Step 4. Break the chocolate into slices, put in a bowl, which set in a pan filled with water, ie. in a water bath. Melt the chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly, until it is completely dissolved. It can also be melted in the microwave.
Step 5. Dip kiwi and bananas into the hot melted chocolate icing, holding on to the stick. To make chocolate evenly, you can even out the icing with a spoon.
Step 6. If desired, you can decorate chocolate bananas and kiwi with pastry topping or coconut.
Step 7. For convenience, stick each ready-made kiwi and banana into a container of sugar, so we will fix their position, they will not stick together and will not fall. Place the chocolate dessert in the refrigerator to set for 10-20 minutes or in the freezer for 5 minutes.
The dessert turned out to be tasty and tender. It can be served on any occasion, such as a birthday or a party. Your guests will be satisfied. Bon Appetit!
