Fragrances for the home

I, like every housewife, believe that when creating coziness in a house, not only its interior is important (how furniture, wallpapers, curtains, carpets and other attributes are selected and arranged), but also what kind of atmosphere is in it. And for this you need to at least eliminate all unpleasant odors from your "monastery". Better yet, fill it with pleasant, fresh scents. And it’s not at all necessary for this to look for some flavorings in stores, many of which smell quite aggressive. For example, I made such beautiful aromatic stones from simple and cheap components, and it took me just a few minutes to do it.

Outwardly, they turned out to be very nice, and the benefits of them are quite noticeable. Now I can say with confidence that it’s very easy to make fragrances with my own hands. It would be a desire.
Necessary components:
• 90 g flour;
• 80 ml. water at room temperature;
• 45 g. Finely ground salt;
• 6 ml. vegetable oil;
• food coloring - 3 colors;
• essential oil of eucalyptus, lemon and orange - 3 drops each.

A method of manufacturing aromatic stones:
I take three small bowls, pour in each water (20 ml.), Vegetable oil (2 ml.), Add dyes of different colors (red, orange and green). I drip the essential oils next (orange is orange, eucalyptus is green, lemon is red).

Then, in equal amounts, I distribute salt (15 g each) and flour (30 g each) into three containers. I mix the ingredients with ice cream sticks.

Now I put on medical gloves (otherwise it will be very difficult to wash my hands after working with dyes) and knead the dough, gradually adding the remaining water.

I form various figures from the dough and lay them out on parchment. And with the help of auxiliary items (I found in my household buttons in the form of a brush and a hanging pendant from a lace from an old jacket) I decorate each figure with embossing.

I leave it in this form until they are completely dry and dense. It will take three days. I put the aromatic pebbles that are well dried out and have not lost their smell and put them in a small transparent bowl (you can put them in a vase) and find a suitable place for it in the room.

I placed a vase with pebbles in the nursery on the computer table, where they smelled a bouquet of fragrances for about a week. Then their smell became almost imperceptible, and to refresh it, I applied a drop of essential oil to each pebble. The room was again filled with a pleasant aroma, from which the mood rises. Which, in fact, was required.
