In order to make such an original case for a mobile phone, we need: two pieces of dense fabric the size of a little larger than the phone itself, lace or beads or any stickers as a decoration. For the cover itself, pieces of cashmere, drape, and leather are well suited. In my case, these were pieces of cashmere left over after sewing a coat. As a result, the phone case went very well with an embroidered coat.
We take the first piece of fabric, put our phone on it and circle it with a thin piece of chalk or a dry remnant. All operations are done on the front side of the fabric.

We get the contour of our phone transferred to the fabric.

We retreat from the resulting contour line outward at 1.5 - 2 cm around the entire perimeter. It turns out something like an allowance for stitching two parts.

Fold our two pieces of fabric inside out to each other. We split along the perimeter with sewing pins to tightly fix the fabric and evenly cut both parts. Cut along the contour of the outlined outer line.

We sew decoration elements on both parts of our phone case. For this I had lace, from which it was possible to cut individual elements in the form of flowers. Here, as they say, who has enough imagination and patience to do - you can make an applique of all kinds of stripes, stickers, sequins, beads, buttons, decorative embroidery or something else.

Bring the outline of our mobile phone. If he erased while working on a patch of decorative details - we’ll update it by circling the phone itself again. From the contour line of the phone we retreat outward a distance equal to the thickness of the phone divided in half. If the fabric is elastic, then it is possible to subtract from a millimeter to two from the obtained number of millimeters. This is done so that the phone does not fall out in the bag of their case and at the same time so that it does not have to be pulled out from there with difficulty. From the open side of the cover, we draw a line to the cut. Again, pin two parts with a pin.

We cut both parts along the resulting outer line on the typewriter, departing from the open part of the cover 0.5 cm from the edge. We try on how the phone itself enters the cover. If it is very tight or weak - we correct the line.

Carefully cut the edges of the cover with zigzag scissors. If there are no such scissors, you can lay any decorative stitch on the typewriter or simply sew a zigzag seam using a thread of some contrasting color and carefully trim the edge.

As a result, we get an original do-it-yourself mobile phone case. It’s nice to carry this kind of craft with you in your purse, you can make it for a child or as a small gift for a friend. It is done quickly and does not require expensive expenses.
